I look forward to trying these! I wanted to make them ahead of time for Christmas Eve appetizer, then repeat when the guests arrive. Any suggestions?? Have you ever made them a few hours before serving? Thanks I'd say it's OK to make them ahead, but then reheat briefly (10 minutes or so) just before serving, to refresh them. Should work just fine - PJH
