I did this recipe today, and found that i didnt like it, the dip was good but my zucchini was not very well coated and i found that the batter had little flavor. im so sad because i had wanted to make these for so long. I'm sorry to hear about this. Give the hotline and call and we can help you troubleshoot. ~ MaryJane
