These sound great. Any ideas for making them gluten-free? Could I just use the flour substitute instead of panko? Or should I look for gluten free bread crumbs? (I haven't found any I like.) Thanks! Yes, definitely use GF bread crumbs - maybe if you season with herbs and add cheese, you'll find they taste better? Good luck - PJH
