Very good. I loved the zucchini this way. Next time I will divide the breading into two bowls since at the end of breading my zucchini, the batter did not stick as well, probably due to egg getting into it. So if you split it into two batches, you can switch to a fresh batch of breading halfway through. This is a keeper. I did make the onion dip, and it is tasty. I don't like it with the zucchini personally, but I think it's great for sandwiches and burgers. Thank you so much!
