Point of clarification: Outback didn't invent the Onion Mum...it dates at least to the early/mid 80s at Russell's Marina Grill first (8555 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA). Early Outback menu copy actually credited Russell's. Thanks for sharing.
