Hi Annette, so sorry to hear your cake fell out of the pan! Did you grease the pan? Ordinarily with Angel Food cake recipes you want to use an Angel Food Cake pan which is never greased. This allows the light, airy batter to climb up the sides of the pan, and to adhere to the pan as it cools. Weighing your ingredients does help to ensure that the recipe is the right consistency, so perhaps your ingredients ended up being a bit heavier and the added weight caused the cake to fall out?
