Hi there, Eunice! We wouldn't suggest substituting the Sticky Bun Sugar for the superfine sugar called for here. The sticky bun sugar has other ingredients besides sugar that help to make a great topping for sticky buns but won't work well to replace superfine sugar in a cake. Kindly, Morgan@KAF
