Hi Zudei, the pan pictured in this blog was made by Kaiser La Forme. We don't currently sell that specific product, but you may be able to find their lower-end model called Kaiser Noblesse. (These pans are sometimes more expensive than other options but they work wonderfully.) The manufacturer of the Angel Food Cake Pan that we currently sell is proprietary, but you can read more about it on our website here. As for your question about the dark or light colored pan, we find baking in light colored pans is easier to control and provides more consistent results, so if you have option to bake in light colored metal, embrace it!
