Thank you for such detailed instructions and beautiful step by step photos. Both are perfectly "glorious " and so helpful. While not new to gluten free baking cookies, I have not tried gluten free cakes yet. I am looking forward to trying this one, as we now have fresh strawberries! One question: Do you have any recipes for all the egg yolks?? Thank you again.
