Can you explain the difference in the sugars that you have mentioned. Are you talking about "castor sugar"? I have Bakers Superfine Sugar. I have to have it shipped in (not available locally) but it has a texture that is incredibley fine. The closest I can come by this type of sure is to locate castor sugar at a super high price!!! The grocery stores in my area have "superfine" on the labels but their textures are totally different from the Bakers Superfine Sugar or Castor Sugar.
