Hi Cayce- Unfortunately, we don't test any other gluten-free flours in specific recipes here. Bob's Red Mill GF flour does have some significant differences from ours that will translate into a different texture and flavor, but you would just need to try the recipe out with the alternative flour to know what the exact result will be.
