My 70 year old husband has just had an allergic reaction to a pizza. After food allergy testing, he is now ALLERGIC to wheat and dairy...we now travel with epi-pens, after he also fainted and fell during that episode. So, you can imagine what a crimp that has put in my dessert baking. So, THANK YOU for a recipe that we all can eat. I've ordered your new GF cookbook....and will have to master a whole new dessert repitoire...with 11 grandkids who love to test Nana's recent dessert , this will be a challenge. THANK-YOU Nana JC
