Could you, please, post the nutritional information for the gluten free angel food cake? I made this recipe for my friend who is gluten intolerant - it was so delicious, I think I almost made her cry! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!! Sorry, Rohini - I'm so glad your friend liked the cake, but we don't have nutritional information for it... PJH
