Great recipe! Damn tasty angel food cake. Recipe was easy to follow and we used the king arthur flour gluten free mix. I could not tell the difference, it was soft and tasty, no grittiness whatsoever! Well done! Thanks, Mike - I'll share your enthusiasm with our GF team! PJH
