Does anyone know the total calories and carbohydrates this recipe contains? I loved angel food cake before I went gluten free. I am glad you will be able to enjoy one of your favorite cakes again. Unfortunately we don't have this information available for all of our recipes, but you can calculate the information here . ~Amy
