I made this cake--successfully!--over the weekend and it was delicious! Please check the blog recipe, though. It calls for 3/4 cup of egg whites instead of the 1 1/2 cups that the printed recipe says. Thanks for the great recipe! Thanks for catching that! We've updated it, and the 1 1/2 cups is correct. ~Jessica
