I would like to make this as a sheet cake for my daughter's college graduation. Would doubling the recipe be too much for a standard sheet pan? I could also do 2- 9 x 13 pans. Just wondering if the current recipe for a 2- layer cake would be enough for one 9 x 13. Thanks!
