I am not often moved to comment but this cake is WONDERFUL. Far better than any other recipe that I've tried since starting a GF diet. I used the flour mix recipe with regular brown rice flour, and no cake enhancer, and it was just terrific. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!! You're very welcome - so glad we could help you "bake your best" on a GF diet... PJH
