I made this cake recipe for someone who wanted Pineapple Upside-down Cake. It is a wonderful, tender, yet dense batter perfect for that kind of thing. I posted the recipe in the blogs, in response to someone asking for Gluten Free Pineapple Upside-Down Cake . I am going to make this with the Boston Cream Pie addition. That is another favorite of mine and I was so happy to find the Yellow Cake recipe to use! Thanks!
