That is one son's absolute favorite pizza! Could you use the whole wheat pizza crust from a week or so ago? I have it in the fridge right now. Also, what about dividing the crust in half and making 2 different flavors. i.e, one potato and one bbq chicken? I'm currently using an oven that's too small for my half-sheet pans - aaargh!
All good - pizza is just the most flexible, friendly type of dish. Mix and match crusts with toppings, make them anywhere from 3" across to 2' - go for it! PJH
