My husband was just trying to figure out what Canadian delicacy to bring to his office for Canada Day in Virginia and it was a toss up between Butter Tarts or Nanaimo bars. My mantra when it comes to dessert is "Why choose?" We may just have to make both! Thank you for this timely recipe!
