Hi Valerie! This is a bit of head scratcher! After 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven, a pie may not be entirely done, but it should certainly be well on its way to be finishing baking. I would recommend getting an oven thermometer and testing your oven's temperature on standard, non-convection setting.
Since we do not have convection ovens in our test kitchen, none of our recipes will call for a convection setting in an oven, though in this blog, we do have ways to adjust recipes to bake convection, which will effectively shorten the baking time.
