Megan, guess what, I made this pie for the first time this evening. I prepared it exactly as written and baked for 50 minutes at 375. After 50 minutes it looked like I had just placed it in the oven! I thought my oven had quit working. After reading your comment, I wondered if I was supposed to cook it with my convection oven. I flipped my dial to convection 375 and at 47 minutes I had a perfectly baked pie. Are you and I the only two trying to bake this pie in a regular oven?
