Could I use goat milk butter in stead of cow's milk butter? Not happy using Crisco, goat milk butter replacing all shorting okay? I adore lemon pie, no trouble with the meringue but this one sounds yummy also. Tough having Celic and being lactose intolerant also. Thanks for your help, I only use GF products which my Mom taught me to do, about 55 years ago!
