Ami, if you happen to have almond flour on hand, that would work best. But really, it's quite a small amount, in the grand scheme of the pie filling. You could probably just leave it out altogether without it becoming an issue at all, it would just have a slightly smoother texture. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
