Sure, Cindy, that would work. Unfortunately, never having tried this and not knowing the size of your tarts, I wouldn't be able to suggest baking time. But if you have a thermometer, bake until the tarts are 160°F at the center, which is the finished temperature of custard-like pies such as this one. Good luck! PJH
