I first tasted Lemon Chess Pie at a "modern Southern" restaurant and it was love at first bite. This was nearly as good and much more accessible! I took it to my family's Thanksgiving dinner and my brothers declared it their second favorite pie - high praise to come in just behind a 4+ generation family recipe!
