I love this pie more than is probably socially acceptable. I made it at Christmas and I'm making it again at this moment for Easter. It's amazing and perfect and probably the best thing ever (and I'm a chocolate lover!). The only thing I don't like about is that, for some reason, I have to bake it for twice as long as the recipe states. I'm doing everything the recipe says to do, but it has to bake for 2 hours AT LEAST. Why?! I'm in Lubbock, TX. This has never been an issue for me. I really wouldn't care if I hadn't decided I needed to get the pie made at midnight and it's 3 and I'm still waiting on it. Granted, my oven did turn itself off for awhile too. So the extra hour is not the pie's fault. Still amazing pie and will be completely worth it once I have my coffee in the morning.
