How long will the Lemon Chess pie keep in the refrigerator? If I make it on Thursday, would it keep until Sunday? Thanks!! The pie is quite high in sugar (and acidity!), so it will keep perfectly for a full week in the fridge: the crust will likely get soggy, so certainly try to polish it off before too long! Kim@KAF
