I just made this pie for Christmas and it was FANTASTIC! I think it is the best pie I have ever eaten. Everyone loved it. Definitely nice and tart and lemony, Cindy, isn't it? Much more so than a typical lemon meringue pie. Glad you enjoyed it! PJH
