I made this pie and it was a huge hit. I am a huge lemon lover and this pie really hit the spot. It is very easy to make. I happened to have a pie crust in the freezer, so after I saw this recipe I had the pie in the oven within 45 minutes. This recipe is joining my "make this again" file. Love it!
