I recently had Lemon Chess Pie for the first time at a great restaurant in New York City called Hundred Acres. It was SO good. How do you guys think your lemon powder would do in this instead of juice? I haven't used it yet, and I'm dying to. I don't suggest using the lemon powder in this pie recipe, but you can find other recipes using the lemon powder here. ~Amy
