would a tart pan work for the pie pan? I am so going to make this one for Monday at work... Have a serious Lemon Lover as a coworker.... A tart pan would be a little shallow for the amount of filling in this recipe, but if you wanted to use the leftovers to bake in small ramekins as a lemon custard, that would be fine. ~Amy
