I made this for Father's Day, using a 9 lb. pork shoulder. It fed 9 adults (and 1 hungry toddler!) with very few leftovers - it was that good! Someone even made the comment that it was better than the slooooow roasted barbecue a gentleman in these parts is famous for. :) Thank you so much for such a delicious recipe. By the way, I have never used celery seed in coleslaw before, and it made a big difference. Just delicious. Thanks again! Glad we could add a new favorite to your recipe box, Mary! PJH
