Hi there, Emmy! We've just checked back and this blog article didn't include a potato salad recipe, the coleslaw recipe is PJ's Grandma's recipe though! When we asked her, PJ did note that if she mentioned her potato salad recipe in another blog article on our site, it's a simple recipe and she shared it again: "boil cubed (unpeeled) red or white boiling potatoes (not russets). Drain and, while hot, douse with Italian salad dressing (oil and vinegar type) or your favorite vinaigrette. When cool, stir in just enough mayo to coat potatoes. For even more joy, add a liberal amount of crushed garlic and stir in some cooked green peas for color. THE BEST."
