I was hungry for pulled pork & coleslaw sandwich, but never really enjoyed my current recipes, so decided to do a search for a new one. I happened to come across this one and am so happy to have found it. It is the best pulled pork I've ever had. My husband raved about it too. It was so easy to make, and so delicious.
