I'm so looking forward to trying these! I love hard rolls. I ordered the hi-maize natural fiber, and it arrived the other day. I'd originally planned on making some sour dough baguettes for Father's Day since I need to feed my starter anyway, but now I'm thinking these instead. Or maybe both? My dad is a HUGE bread fiend, so I know he wouldn't mind. Of course we're fans of both recipes, and know that whatever you make for Father's Day it will be a delicious and appreciated treat.
