The comment by Wingboy and Frank's answer have me confused - the recipe uses Bread Flour already, doesn't it? That is what the recipe says or is it a typo and supposed to use AP flour? Yes, it uses bread flour. See my clarifying comment after Frank's, Sandra - PJH
