Can a flavoring like lemon or almond be added to the meringue? Which would be better, an extract, emulsion, or oil? Thanks! Hi Cindy Leigh, Yes, you can absolutely flavor the meringue. You can use any of the above, depending on what you have on hand. I think a light lemon pav with raspberries would be fabu! ~ MaryJane
