What's your favorite way to use all the leftover egg yolks from this? Or is the point of the recipe to have a way to use up all the leftover egg whites? There are many egg yolk recipes out there - lemon curd, custard, zabaglione, aioli. You can add one or two to your scrambled eggs as well! Happy Baking! Irene @ KAF
