I also have been making my own buns for burgers and my family LOVES them. I would love to try these but first I have two questions. Do you think I could use my muffin top pan? Do you think if I used my orange cheese powder the buns would look too ghastly to be appetizing? I keep asking my supplier if he will stock the cabot powder but no luck yet. The Vermont Cheese Powder works just fine - the only way to decide if your cheese powder will work is to try it and see what your family's reaction is! Let us know what they think! Happy Baking!
