These look amazing! Could I use my Zoji bread machine to make the dough? Sure! Use the Zo to mix,knead and for the first rise of the dough - using the Basic Dough cycle. Be sure to lift the cover and check the consistency of the dough during mixing - adding water if it seem dry and flour if it seems wet.
