Wonderful idea. I just made your basic beautiful buns last night but would like to give this a try. Do you have any suggestions to sub- out the cheese powder? I've not been able to find such an ingredient in Germany. Thanks! Sure - the recipe and blog call for substituting 1/2 cup finely grated sharp cheddar or Parmesan cheese, so absolutely go that route... Enjoy - PJH
