I know you aren't supposed to use frozen strawberries, they're such a pain. However, I bake scones daily at my job and people love my strawberry white chocolate scones with fresh strawberries. I make all of my scones for the week and freeze them so I just have to bake them off every day. If I were to use fresh strawberries and freeze them, is it safe to assume the same outcome as if I used frozen in the recipe to start with? I sort of assume that would be the case but thought it would be worth asking anyway.
