Where have I been? The many times I’ve made this before there was no pie pan—just the good stuff: fruit, sugar, dough, sugar & then some sugar. The pie pan seems superfluous—no one will eat the poor pan, which will just hurt its feelings. Although it may have been explained a thousand times, could someone tell me, please, why a pie pan has been added? Many thanks! PLT
