PJ, I just bought 4#'s of fabulous fresh strawberries. Is there any way to use them in the pie instead of frozen? I will make the frozen too, it's just how much strawberry sorbet can a girl eat? Absolutely, Sofia - fresh strawberries in this pie would be absolutely wonderful... go for it! PJH
