This is probably the most beautiful chocolate ice cream I have ever seen! It is so shiny and creamy--looks like it should be in a display case in a Gelataria in Italy. I used Kahlua and half bittersweet and half milk chocolate with the espresso powder. I cannot believe that this dessert is so creamy with just whole milk--INCREDIBLE!! Marilyn, that's gelato for you - less air, more color. Glad you like it - PJH
