This one sounds great, PJ! My family got me a new fancy ice cream maker for Mother's Day (ulterior motives?) and I am very much a dark chocolate girl! Not to mention the fact that I have a couple of goats giving us about a gallon of milk a day. Goat milk makes fabulous, creamy ice cream. Wow - now how can we work goat" into this ice cream title? "I Kid You Not Chocolate Decadence?" :) PJH
