This looks amazing. I can sometimes tolerat it but try not to do dairy, I wonder how rice milk would work. Might have to give it a try and let you know. Now where is that ice cream maker... Thank you! You can certainly try rice milk, but it will alter the flavor and texture a bit. ~Amy
