I drain my yogurt through 2 layers of coffee filters in a strainer. The strained yogurt peels right off. Coffee filters can sometimes be obtained more easily than cheesecloth. Good idea, Margy - I haven't quite hit on the right combination of strainer/filters, but if you can get one to fit the other, it does work well. PJH
